We were delighted to welcome back Mr Ronald Wong (BBA-ISTL 2009), an esteemed alumnus and former Chairman of the Logistics Alumni Association (LGTAA), to his alma mater today. During his visit, Mr Wong reconnected with several of his former professors, including Ir Prof. TL Yip, Prof. Stephen Li, Dr Judy Tong, and Miss April Yip, all of whom have worked closely with him over the years.

The visit coincided with the ongoing renovation of our facilities — a clear reflection of our continued commitment to teaching excellence and to providing a stimulating learning environment for our students. Reflecting on his time at PolyU, Mr Wong fondly reminisced about his student days and the personal growth he experienced here.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Mr Wong for his unwavering dedication and long-standing service to both the LGTAA and the Department (LMS). Even during this brief trip to Hong Kong, he continued to promote our programmes and the “Emerging Global Leaders Scholarship” to his secondary school, which has made a significant impact. We look forward to welcoming more alumni back to campus as we continue to foster a vibrant and supportive LMS community.
