How do we show up so vulnerable, soft, receptive, reverent, graceful, loving, present and yet so fierce, powerful, strong, disciplined, worthy, organized with solid boundaries?

It is through remembering how to live our lives as an offering, as a thank you for this precious gift we have to be alive. It is through remembering that we are nature, and through tapping into the Reciprocal continuous giving and receiving dance.

It through the integration of the divine masculine and feminine energies within us in the most embodied way.

It is through harnessing our devotion as discipline and both being water while also tending the sacred fire of our heart.

It is through showing up consistent because we are maturely responsible to the service and vision we are here to fulfill.

In these times of great uncertainty we shall lean into the mystery and the muse to source the song of our hearts. And we shall show up Rooted and resilient like trees nourishing our roots…

We are not meant to burn🔥 "away" or "release" parts of us that aren’t serving. We’re meant to love and nurture them into wholeness and safety.

One of the hardest things we can do is take a look at the things we do that we’re not so proud of, the coping mechanisms that we’ve developed from trauma, our wounded parts.

To really be in the discomfort of the ways we aren’t acting in alignment or integrity with how we’d like to be.

Perhaps to experience an ego death of sorts, to experience a humbling.

What feels most uncomfortable for you to admit about yourself? I would love to hear.

Then, the work here is becoming curious about that part of you that acts in such a way. Interviewing, having a conversation with that "one" of you. To ask…

My loves….The truth is that there is no limit on who you can be.

As someone who…

🐾is a hairy wild animal
🐾feels most in her element when she’s living minimally and as close to nature as possible
🐾who needs to roll around naked and weird in the forest to feel normal
🐾is very weird and silly 😝
🐾 centers her life around ecological, indigenous and social justice and restoration

It has been my biggest edge to embrace that what is ALSO true is that…

🌹I’m a diva and love to wear makeup, be stylish and fancy
🌹I’m an ARTIST
🌹 Im a firey do-er with a strong business savvy
🌹I desire to continue flourishing financially and is one of my current priorities.
🌹 I feel very connected to urban hip-hop culture (of course, as a hip-hop artist)

And that…
✨ I am very confident AND insecure AF sometimes
✨ As organized and productive as I am, sheesh can I be messy and procrastinate like crazy

So, my point is that, our souls are meant to blossom into our FULLEST, often times dualistic self. We’re not meant to fit into categories or boxes. We are here to LOVE all of ourselves and honor the paradoxes within.
