ಭಾರತ ಸರಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾರತೀಯ ಕ್ರೀಡಾ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರದ ಮಾನ್ಯತೆ ಪಡೆದ ಕ್ರೀಡೆಯಾದ ಕಿಕ್ ಬಾಕ್ಸಿಂಗ್ ಇದರ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಕ್ರೀಡಾಕೂಟ ಜೂನ್ 17ರಿಂದ 21ರವರೆಗೆ ಮಧ್ಯಪ್ರದೇಶದ ಇಂದೋರ್ ಪಬ್ಲಿಕ್ ಸ್ಕೂಲ್, ಇಂದೋರ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ WAKO India Sub-Junior National Kickboxing Championship 2026 ನಲ್ಲಿ, Amateur Sports Kickboxing Association of Madhya Pradesh ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದ್ದ ಈ ಪ್ರತಿಷ್ಠಿತ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ IKMA ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡಿ ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ಸಾಧನೆ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯಿಂದ ತಿಳಿಸುತ್ತೇವೆ.
ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕನ್ನಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಸಿದ IKMA ಕ್ರೀಡಾಪಟುಗಳು ಅದ್ಭುತ ಪ್ರದರ್ಶನ ನೀಡಿ ಒಟ್ಟು:
🥇 11 ಚಿನ್ನದ ಪದಕಗಳು
🥈 2 ಬೆಳ್ಳಿ ಪದಕಗಳು
🥉 9 ಕಂಚಿನ ಪದಕಗಳು
ಗೆದ್ದು ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಕೀರ್ತಿ ತಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಈ ಸಾಧನೆಯ ವಿಶೇಷವೆಂದರೆ, *ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಗೆದ್ದ ಒಟ್ಟು 20 ಚಿನ್ನದ ಪದಕಗಳಲ್ಲಿ, 11 ಚಿನ್ನದ ಪದಕಗಳನ್ನು ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕನ್ನಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ IKMA ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳೇ ಗೆದ್ದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.*
ಇದು ಐತಿಹಾಸಿಕ ಮೈಲಿಗಲ್ಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಈ ಚಾಂಪಿಯನ್‌ಶಿಪ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ *ಭಾರತದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಒಂದು ಜಿಲ್ಲೆ ಅಥವಾ ಕಿಕ್‌ಬಾಕ್ಸಿಂಗ್ ಅಕಾಡೆಮಿಯು ಗೆದ್ದ ಅತ್ಯಧಿಕ ಚಿನ್ನದ ಪದಕಗಳ ದಾಖಲೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.* ಇದು ನಮ್ಮ ಕ್ರೀಡಾಪಟುಗಳ ಪರಿಶ್ರಮ, ಶಿಸ್ತು, ಸಮರ್ಪಣೆ ಹಾಗೂ ತರಬೇತುದಾರರ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನಕ್ಕೆ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.
*ಪ್ರಥಮ ಮತ್ತು ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಸ್ಥಾನ ಪಡೆದ ಕ್ರೀಡಾಪಟುಗಳು ಇಟಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಂಬರುವ ವರ್ಲ್ಡ್ ಚಾಂಪಿಯನ್ಶಿಪ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತ ತಂಡವನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿನಿಧಿಸಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.*
ಈ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕ್ರೀಡಾಪಟುಗಳು ಮುಖ್ಯ ತರಬೇತುದಾರ *ನಿತಿನ್ ಎನ್. ಸುವರ್ಣ ಹಾಗೂ ತರಬೇತುದಾರ ಸಂಪತ್ ಕುಮಾರ್ ಅವರ ಪರಿಣತ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನದಲ್ಲಿ ತರಬೇತಿ ಪಡೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ.* ನಮ್ಮ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯು ಕಳೆದ ಹತ್ತು ವರ್ಷಗಳಿಂದ ದಕ್ಷಿಣ ಕನ್ನಡ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾರ್ಷಲ್ ಆರ್ಟ್ಸ್ ತರಬೇತಿಯನ್ನು ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದು, ಹಲವಾರು ಕ್ರೀಡಾಪಟುಗಳು ಇದರ ಸದುಪಯೋಗವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಈ ಅದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಸಾಧನೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪದಕ ವಿಜೇತ ಕ್ರೀಡಾಪಟುಗಳು, ತರಬೇತುದಾರರು, ಪೋಷಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ಬೆಂಬಲಿಗರಿಗೆ *ವಾಕೋ ಇಂಡಿಯಾದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಸಂತೋಷ್ ಕೆ ಅಗರ್ವಾಲ್, ವಾಕೋ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾದ ಶ್ರೀಯುತ ಸತ್ಯಜಿತ್ ಸುರತ್ಕಲ್ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾರ್ಯದರ್ಶಿಯಾದ ಪೂಜಾ ಹರ್ಷ ಇವರುಗಳು ಹೃತ್ಪೂರ್ವಕ ಅಭಿನಂದನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಕೋರಿದ್ದಾರೆ.*

The Institute of Karate and Martial Arts (IKMA) Achieves Outstanding Success at 5th State-Level Boxing Championship

MANGALURU: The Institute of Karate and Martial Arts (IKMA) delivered an exceptional performance at the recently concluded 5th State-Level Boxing Championship. Organized by the Karnataka Amateur Boxing Association, the prestigious event was held in Gonikoppalu, Kodagu, from June 8 to 10, 2026.
Demonstrating exemplary skill, discipline, and sportsmanship, the IKMA delegation secured a total of six medals, including one Gold, three Silver, and two Bronze.
The individual achievements are as follows:
Gold Medal: Aaradhya B.
Silver Medals: Dishika J. K., Sudarshan, and Mayur K. Poojary
Bronze Medals: Hithesh Raja and Samrudhi M. K.
In addition to this impressive medal tally, two athletes from the institute have been selected to represent Karnataka at the upcoming National Boxing Championship.
The team trained under the expert guidance of Chief Instructor Nithin N. Suvarna and Instructor Sampath Kumar.
This commendable achievement brings significant recognition and pride to the entire district.

Our talented athletes delivered an outstanding performance at the WAKO India Junior National Kickboxing Championship held in Khordha. Representing Karnataka, they achieved a remarkable medal tally of:
