Celebrating the First International Tai Chi Day at the Blue Mountains!

On 21 March 2026, I joined the world in honouring this historic moment - and we were doing so in one of the most breath-taking places on Earth: the World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains.

Here, surrounded by vast valleys, sandstone cliffs, and ancient eucalyptus forests, Tai Chi's spirit of health, peach, and cultural diversity feels especially alive. The landscape naturally invites us to slow down, breathe deeply, and move with the rhythm of nature. It is a place where the idea of harmony between humans and the natural world becomes something you can truly feel.

We were proud to celebrate this inaugural global event in such a magnificent setting. Let the mountains hold you, the fresh air and drifting clouds guide you, and Tai Chi connect us all.

In a world that rushes, Tai Chi reminds us to slow down. To feel the stillness in motion, and the motion in stillness. Practicing the art of presence.
