Happy Labor Day Marquette! As we move into our 2nd week of classes, we can’t help but reminisce about Summer 2022. This summer, the guys went on a canoe trip down the Wisconsin River, met up with other chapters at the Central Province retreat, and got plenty of engineering experience through co-ops, internships, and research opportunities. Make sure to stop by our table at O-Fest to learn more about our year-round brotherhood activities.

Why I chose Sigma Phi Delta: I chose to join because the guys tricked me into it and we were already best friends by the time I realized
Involvement on campus: I am a tour guide, treasurer of ASEM, Ehall tour guide and a member of MU Mardi Gras
Favorite memory with the fraternity: My favorite memory with the fraternity was the summer I was couch surfing in the house waiting for my lease to start and playing spike ball after work with them every day for that whole month

Co/op experience: I worked at Leonardo DRS, working on naval power products for US naval warships
I chose to rush Sigma Phi Delta because of the close knit brotherhood it offered, as well as the extensive network engineers that I know will help guide my career.
Outside of Sigma Phi delt I enjoy working out at the Rec, frequenting campus bars (Murphs>Caffs), and exploring Milwaukee.
My favorite Memory with the fraternity was our camping/canoeing trip down the Wisconsin River this summer.
My favorite place in Milwaukee has got to be Lakefront Brewery during Oktoberfest.

I wanted to do more at the marquette while also getting to know more people in my major.

Besides SPD, I’m also the President of the Spikeball club and play a few intramurals.

Just hanging out by a fire in the backyard on a summer night just chopping it up with the boys.

Why I chose to join Sigma Phi Delta: I honestly joined on a whim. Once I got to know the guys I stayed for the brotherhood and professional environment. I’ve met some of my greatest friends through the fraternity and I’m very happy I took the leap of faith.
Involvement on campus: I am the Social Chair for Marquette’s chapter of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and I’m a mentee for Marquette Mentors
Favorite memory with the Fraternity: Going on the canoeing trip last summer and being buried in the sand.
Favorite restaurant in Milwaukee: Rodizio!
