At our Manly and Berowra dojos, we conduct training in a friendly and supportive atmosphere and offer classes for adults and older children (10 and up) Manly Dojo Location:

Manly Dojo Class Times:
Mondays
6:30pm – 7:30pm – General Karate Class & Beginners
7:30pm – 8:30pm – Senior Class – Kata Focus

Wednesdays
6:30pm – 7:30pm – General Karate

Class & Beginners
7:30pm – 8:30pm – Senior Class – Kumite/ Sparring Focus

Tuesdays
6:10pm – 7:10pm – Junior Class

Junior kata class 5.15pm - 6.15pm
Senior kata class 6.20pm - 7.30pm

Saturdays
8:30am – 9:30am – Senior Class
9:30am – 10:30am – Junior Class
