The Kauai Ballroom Dance Club is sponsored by the County of Kauai, Department of Parks and Recreation. In addition to being a fun activity, dancing provides many health benefits including flexibility, strength, endurance and a sense of well being. Studies have suggested that dancing reduces stress, reduces the chance of dementia, and improves the conditioning of cardio vascular system and improves bone and joint health. The Kauai Ballroom Dance Club offers programs on a weekly basis, year-round to anyone who is interested in ballroom dancing.

January 8th will be here sooner than you think! Mark your calendar to be at the Lihue Neighborhood Center on Sunday the 8th before 6pm to join the first dance class of the new year😁 Dances will be waltz and chacha and class start time remains the same at 6pm.
