Management skills are very very important while working as an official, applying ones practical knowledge and skills during this pandemic...

It is to be noted that during his tenure then RMC commissioner Mr Vijay Nehra recruited Only MBAs as Ward officers(through due recruitment process),that move is to be applauded now,of course thanks to skilled ward officers!!

This is how RMC ward officers (Few of them are Our ex students)are working applying their Management skills..
(This work was assigned to ward officers only a few days ago)

"When a case is declared positive, our all teams are clubbed together for positive case related work following all protocols!
So, the work can be completed within ONE HOUR as a quick response team. Santizing, contact tracing, history, sticker,etc.work done on Fast track..
It was appreciated on RMC official page and other all wards are following this method..."
..If people of Rajkot follow covid guide lines and strict rules, good hospital care and such practical approach of ward officers, Rajkot may come out of this COVID in less time than expected...
