Swampscott Special Education Parent Advisory Council Massachusetts Chapter 766 Regulations require each school district to establish a Parent Advisory Council (PAC) on Special Education.

Parent Advisory Councils are not school councils. They have a different, but equally important, focus and mission. School councils are specific to a particular school. PACs are specific to an entire community and school district.
