This foto takes me back to where it all began. Besides me is my first instructor , Carlos Gracie Jr, the man who introduced me to jiujitsu , guided my path, and ultimately tied my black belt around my waist. The techniques, the discipline, the values, and the lessons that have stayed with me throughout my life all trace back to those early days on the mat. Today seeing him receive the red belt the highest honor in Brazilian JiuJitsu is a reminder of the extraordinary impact one person can have on generations of students around the world. A belt is a symbol , but a legacy is built through service , leadership , and the lives you touch. Few have contributed more to our art than Master Carlos Gracie Jr. Thank you for opening the door to this journey and for inspiring so many of us to walk through it. Congratulations on this historic achievement . Your legacy will live far beyond the mats. Carlos Gracie Jr

Master , There are moments in life when a single person changes our courses forever . For me, that person was you. You taught me skills , but more importantly , you taught me values. Through your example , I learned honor, perseverance, and the courage to face both success and failure with dignity. Because of your guidance , I became more than I once was. No words can fully express my gratitude, but I hope you know that your influence lives on in every challenge I face and every step I take forward. Thank you for changing my life. With a gratitude and respect your student.

Being inducted into ADCC Hall of Fame is a tremendous recognition. But what fills my heart is knowing that the journey was bigger than me. It was about serving , teaching , inspiring, and helping others to believe in themselves. The true Hall of Fame is the positive impact we leave in people’s lives.
