Let’s celebrate getting through Duke’s FWOC! We still have a whole semester ahead of us, so remember to stay safe and keep social distancing. To all our prospective members we met at the Duke Activities Fair, welcome! We can’t wait to get to know you!

With the 2020-2021 school year just around the corner, Duke Quidditch is excited to welcome the team back to Duke! Despite the changes in community guidelines due to COVID-19, we are looking forward to seeing our fellow quid members together again virtually and following social distancing protocols. Even throughout the long break, the quid community has stayed connected and supportive of one another in preparation for the year to come. We hope you are just as excited about this upcoming year as the team is!

What a weekend! Shoutout to Goldsboro, NC for hosting the Mid-Atlantic Regional Championship — it was a lot of fun. Duke Quidditch fought hard each and every game and it certainly payed off. We’re going to nationals! @ Bryan Multi-Sports Complex

Duke Quidditch just competed in our first tournament of the season hosted by ! We played in four amazing games, all four in snitch range, and we caught the snitch in two of them.

Sad that Dorian ruined your chance to play quidditch last Thursday? Never fret! We are having a makeup open practice this Thursday (9/12) from 5-7pm on East Campus Main Quad. Everyone is welcome, just bring water and running shoes/cleats!

With new season around the corner, let’s take a moment to spotlight a few duke quidditch players who did quidditch things over the summer.
1. Senior Be**er Barbara Groh played on the Whatabludger community team in the Texas Secede League. 2. Senior Be**ers Devon Shusterman and Trent Lau played for the Carolina Diamondbacks community team. 3. Duke finished an incredible season at the national championship in Round Rock, TX! We ended with a 2-2 record. A loss to , and a win against Arizona State on Saturday. A loss to Raptor Quidditch, and a final win against to wrap up the season. Congratulations to everyone on the team for a great season!
