From 16-Hour Days as Real Estate VA to a 4-Hour Workday as Media Buyer — as a Single Mom

Meet Gina — 4 years sales agent sa mall, tapos 7 years data annotator, na naging real estate VA noong 2024. Ang problema? 14 to 16 hours a day siyang nagtatrabaho, walang fulfillment, at hindi na niya naibibigay ang oras sa anak niya.

Solo parent siya. At ang anak niya ang biggest motivation niya. Gusto niya ng less hours, better income, at isang skill na masasabi niyang specialization niya.

Fast forward today:
✅ Media Buyer — lead generation para sa isang agency
✅ Tapos na ang trabaho niya in under 4 hours a day (minsan 2 hours na lang!)
✅ Very healthy working environment, walang time tracker
✅ Present na sa anak araw-araw — nakakapagluto, nakakapag-travel, nakapag-renovate ng bahay

May pinagdaanan din siya — zero knowledge sa FB ads, 5 failed interviews, di mabilang na rejected proposals. Pero 2 days lang after ng internship, may client na siya.

Sa dami ng work-from-home setups ngayon na pwedeng maging isolating or toxic, sobrang blessed namin to have something different.

We genuinely lift each other up, walang hilahan pababa, walang office politics. Just real support, respect, and teamwork every day.

Ang hirap makahanap ng team na parang family na rin, kaya sobrang thankful ako to be surrounded by such amazing people (and even their families who support them behind the scenes).

This is more than just work, it’s connection, trust, and proof na posible talaga ang healthy work environment. ✨
