Practice schedule this week: Monday and Friday at 4pm. Tuesday-Thursday 6am.

Saturday practice is 9:30-11:00 am at BHS followed by free admission to the UVM v Binghamton Lacrosse game at Virtue Field

Morning practice tomorrow through Thursday will be at the Fitness Edge in Williston!
