Cultural Literacy 拉闊文化 Cultural Literacy (LIVE) is a dedicated unit under the Leadership Quality Centre of Student Affairs Office in HKBU. LIVE offers diverse platforms and sponsorships for students of HKBU to explore, experience, and express their interest in arts and culture.

LIVE provides various hands-on experiences help students cultivate their aesthetic awareness, deepen their appreciation of different art forms, cultures, and heritage, and broaden their global perspectives.

Exceptional students will be selected as LIVE Ambassadors to receive advanced training in arts administration, collaborative opportunities, and practical job experience. This program empowe

rs students by nurturing proactivity, creativity, and resilience, equipping them to generate innovative ideas for community benefit.

【🎥 Highlights of Lunchtime I’m in Love 💕✨】

Held on 4 and 5 February 2026, the Lunchtime I’m in Love art fair brought together over 1,200 visitors to celebrate Valentine’s Day and love in all its forms. 🫂🎶💝

A heartfelt thank you to our student performers, craft stall holders, organising committee, helpers, and everyone who joined us and made the event such a memorable experience! 🫶🏻

The event featured craft stalls offering self-designed and handmade creations🌹, student performances🧑🏻‍🩰, and musical showcases following 12 hours of intensive training, filling the campus with a warm and romantic atmosphere. 🎶 Visitors could also design and exchange capsules through a gacha machine to make new friends🥚🫱🏻‍🫲🏼, create love-themed artwork with stamps at the Feel the Strokes booth💮, and make braille cards that carried meaningful messages for their loved ones. 🎨💌

🎭【大師傳奇延續】戲劇大師鍾景輝紀念展覽 9月5日 移師西九戲曲中心！

香港戲劇界一代宗師鍾景輝博士（King Sir）於今年 6 月離世。他一生如同蒲公英，將無數戲劇與演藝的「種子」散播至舞台、銀幕及學校，啟蒙一代又一代的演藝人才。🌱

7 月在演藝學院舉行的紀念展覽反應熱烈，短短 5 天便吸引超過二千人進場。為了讓更多觀眾、同業以至旅客能細味 King Sir 的戲劇人生，展覽在西九文化區的支持下，將於 9 月 5 日起移師至戲曲中心中庭，展期更特別延長至一個月！

✨這次展覽更特別新增了珍貴內容：
🔹 King Sir 曾穿戴的舞台服裝及拍攝道具
🔹珍貴的舞台影像片段
🔹充滿集體回憶的電視節目
