Quota: 40 per session (first-come-first-served basis)
Venue: Multi-function Hall C
Reminder: Dressing yourself in comfortable outfits, sports shoes (thin shoe soles will be better). You can bring your water bottle.

Fee: Free of charge.

Heads up gym lovers! There are two ways that you could get access to the gym in Hall 7.

The first one is easy and simple, you need to attend one of the two gym sessions held on 18 or 25 Jan at 9:00PM. Our RT Lester will walk you through what our gym provides and the safety rules for using the gym.

If you are not available for the gym sessions, you may get access through the second way: Go to Canvas -> Jockey Club Harmony Hall ->Assignment -> And submit a proof that you either completed the CityU PE class, or a gym membership you hold somewhere else (could be your home country). Upon submitting the document please send to 51670277 (Lester) your name and room card and a screenshot of the submission.

To ease the stress of finals exam preparation, the exam energizer SIA was held at the ground floor for a week. We provided three activities for our residences to play and relax: Ring-tossing, origami and notes-writing. Upon finishing one of the activities, we gave out snacks, coffee, toys and other gifts to thank for their participation and wishing them the best of luck with their exams. These encouraging messages will still stay on the note board fun, and it remains for us to wish you all to achieve ideal results in the finals. Good luck!
