Lyceum of Subic Bay joins the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) in its ongoing mission to enhance public safety and fortify community resilience through the nation-wide observance of the 31st National Crime Prevention Week (NCPW) from September 1-7, 2025. This national event, established under Presidential Proclamation No. 461 (s. 1994), unites government officials, law enforcement officers, civil society groups, and local communities in a collective effort to bolster crime prevention initiatives.

This year’s theme, “Pinalakas na Pamahalaang Lokal para sa Ligtas na Pamayanan: Pagpapatibay ng mga Programa sa Pag-iwas sa Krimen sa ilalim ng Community and Service-Oriented Policing (CSOP) System” (Strengthened Local Governments for Safer Communities: Enhancing CSOP Crime Prevention Programs), underscores the crucial role of local authorities in fostering safer and more robust communities.
