From the White House archives, see the photo. President Reagan is shown with Raymond Weeks of Alabama wearing the Presidential Citizens Medal presented by the President on Veterans Day 1982.

All citizens of Alabama should learn, know, and share with others that Alabama led the national movement to create Veterans Day to honor veterans of all wars. The first celebration was hosted in Birmingham in 1947.

When two or more minds come together in a harmonious way, a third intangible force is created, providing energy from which both can draw.

When two or more gather...is based on Scripture. The principle teaches that the power of prayer, creativity, and more is influenced by trust....
