We would like to clarify that Valdwin Balboa (also known as Val) and an individual commonly known as "Dodoy" are no longer members of Alpha Kappa Rho – Old Army PHI Chapter.

Any incidents or actions involving these individuals are solely their own responsibility and are not associated with or connected to Alpha Kappa Rho – Old Army PHI Chapter.

Furthermore, they are not authorized to represent, use, or act on behalf of Alpha Kappa Rho – Old Army PHI Chapter in any manner. Any use of our fraternity's name, chapter name, logo, or identity by them should not be considered as having our approval, authorization, or affiliation.

This statement is issued to avoid confusion and to clarify that they are no longer affiliated with our chapter.
