Have I ever been engaged in a conversation when I wondered if the other person was listening to what I was saying?

Active Listening is important at work and in your personal life also! Who doesn't want to be heard? 🙂
Here's a tip from John when you feel like you can't focus on the person speaking to you:
Tip:
If you are finding it particularly difficult to concentrate on what someone is saying, try repeating their words mentally, as they say them. This will reinforce their message and help you to stay focused. 👌
