The One Day Workshop on “INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS’ was conducted on 29/04/24 by the Department of Physics and Electronics and IQAC of KBN College. It was a dynamic and engaging event. This Talk was a comprehensive exploration which was explained by the Chief Guest Mr. M. Ajith, Joint Controller for patents and design, Government of India- Chennai . The Guest talk aimed to empower innovators and entrepreneurs, attracting a diverse array of participants eager to deepen their understanding of protecting their creative assets.
The workshop provided a comprehensive overview of patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. Through interactive sessions and real-world case studies, attendees gained practical insights into the importance of safeguarding intellectual property and learned effective strategies for doing so.
Participants expressed enthusiasm about the workshop, citing its relevance in today's competitive landscape and its potential to enhance their ability to protect their innovations. Many highlighted the value of learning about emerging trends and challenges in the field, ensuring they stay ahead of the curve in their respective industries.
Overall, the workshop was hailed as a resounding success, equipping attendees with the knowledge and tools needed to navigate the complex world of intellectual property rights and drive innovation forward.

KBN కళాశాల భౌతికశాస్త్రం మరియు ఎలక్ట్రానిక్స్ విభాగం మరియు IQAC ద్వారా 29/04/24న “మేధోపరమైన ఆస్తి హక్కులు” అనే అంశంపై ఒకరోజు వర్క్షాప్ నిర్వహించబడింది. ఇది డైనమిక్ మరియు ఆకర్షణీయమైన ఈవెంట్. ఈ చర్చ ఒక సమగ్ర అన్వేషణ, దీనిని ముఖ్య అతిథి శ్రీ M. అజిత్, పేటెంట్లు మరియు డిజైన్ కోసం జాయింట్ కంట్రోలర్, భారత ప్రభుత్వం-చెన్నై వివరించారు. అతిథి ప్రసంగం ఆవిష్కర్తలు మరియు వ్యవస్థాపకులకు సాధికారత కల్పించడం లక్ష్యంగా పెట్టుకుంది, వారి సృజనాత్మక ఆస్తులను రక్షించడంలో వారి అవగాహనను మరింతగా పెంచుకోవడానికి ఆసక్తిగా ఉన్న విభిన్న శ్రేణి పాల్గొనేవారిని ఆకర్షిస్తుంది.
వర్క్షాప్ పేటెంట్లు, ట్రేడ్మార్క్లు, కాపీరైట్లు మరియు వాణిజ్య రహస్యాల సమగ్ర అవలోకనాన్ని అందించింది. ఇంటరాక్టివ్ సెషన్లు మరియు వాస్తవ-ప్రపంచ కేస్ స్టడీస్ ద్వారా, హాజరైనవారు మేధో సంపత్తిని రక్షించడం యొక్క ప్రాముఖ్యతపై ఆచరణాత్మక అంతర్దృష్టులను పొందారు మరియు అలా చేయడానికి సమర్థవంతమైన వ్యూహాలను నేర్చుకున్నారు.
