Van Buren Adult Ed will be running a CPR/Basic Life Support class on Monday, Aug. 7 at 5:00 pm in the adult ed classroom. Entrance is at the back of Van Buren Community School. Cost is $35 per participant. Call 868-5758 or email [email protected] to register.

Just a reminder; Beekeeping is happening in the adult-ed classroom tomorrow at 9:00 am.

Have you ever thought about exploring the art of beekeeping? Do you like the idea of helping our pollinators while producing your own natural honey? Van Buren Adult Ed is offering a Beekeeping Class on June 10 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Patti Drake will cover beginning 🐝 keeping, hive equipment, getting the bees, hive inspection, pest control and more. The cost is $95 per person. Call 868-5758 to register.

Unfortunately, Thursday’s Worm Composting class has been canceled. If you have bins that need to be harvested call Adult Ed at 868-5758 and we can arrange a time to help you do that. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
