Meeting Call to Order: Jim Gilligan opened the meeting at 4:00pm. Other board members present were: Linda Wells, Pat Devlin, Phil Radale, Absent: Rick Navarra. Beth Beson liaison present.
Approval of Agenda: Linda Wells made motion to approve the revised agenda Supported by Phil Radala Roll Call vote: Ayes: Gilligan, Devlin, Radala and Wells. None opposed. Absent, Radala. Motion carried

Approval of Consent Agenda: Linda Wells made a motion to approve the consent agenda which included minutes from our regular meeting on Nvbemer 11, 2025, special meetings of 11/3 and 11/4/2025 and Check Register Approval. Supported by Phil Radala . Ayes: Gilligan, Devlin, Radala and Wells. None opposed. Absent, Radala. Motion carried

Teacher: The school year is flying by. Veteran’s Day was remembered by attending the island’s memorial gathering and discussion of it’s importance. We had a Safety and a Fire Drill and learned how to look at cells under the microscope. We were able to take a field trip before the ferry stopped running for the season. We visited the Mackinac County Courthouse, State Police Post in Cheboygan and Humane Society in Cheboygan. Thanksgiving was celebrated at He Hideaway with family and a huge thank you to Adam for the terrific meal.
Parks Committee: Awaiting drawings. May have by next meeting.
MICIP: Had a meeting on 12/12/25. Next meeting 1/23. No report

Board Comments: Pat Devlin will be on island this winter. Discussion regarding what an “expected” or “normal” bid would be for the pavilion project. Response: Approximately $200,000 with a pole frame pavilion.
