Bilang paghahanda para sa School Year 2025-2026, inaanyayahan po namin ang lahat ng mga magulang/guardians na gustong ipasok ang anak sa KINDERGARTEN at Grade 1, mga transferee at balik-aral na lumahok at magpalista. Gaganapin po ito sa ating paaralan simula ngayong araw January 25, 2025 hanggang February 15, 2025.

1. Magdala ng photocopy ng birth certificate/PSA.
2. Basic Education Enrollment Form galing sa Enrollment Focal Person.

✅Transferee & Balik-Aral
1. Magdala ng photocopy ng birth certificate/PSA.
2. Original report card (SF9) na may pirma ng adviser at principal.
3. Basic Education Enrollment Form galing sa Enrollment Focal Person.

✅MGA PROSESO NG PAGPAPATALA:
1. Magtungo sa Admin Office ng paaralan at magtanong ng Basic Education Enrollment Form.
2. Punan ang bawat impormasyon na nasa form.
3. Ipasa ang Basic Education Enrollment Form kasama ang mga kailangang dokumento.

Ma’am Lorly, thank you for the wisdom you’ve shared, the lives you’ve touched, and the difference you’ve made. You will always be remembered for your incredible service.
