Today marks the beginning of the two-day ๐๐๐ ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐๐๐ซ๐ง๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐๐ญ๐ซ๐๐๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ, an annual gathering of leaders from the different religious organizations under the ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ง๐๐ ๐จ๐ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ ๐ข๐จ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐๐ซ๐ ๐๐ง๐ข๐ณ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ (ARO), rooted in the practice of Ignatian discernment. This retreat serves as a faith-centered alternative to the traditional election processโone that views leadership not merely as a position, but as a calling.
With this yearโs theme, โ๐จ๐๐
๐๐๐: ๐ฐ ๐พ๐๐๐ ๐ณ๐๐๐๐๐โ (๐ฑ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ 29:12), our leaders enter a sacred space of reflection, prayer, and communal discernment. It is a time to listen deeplyโto God, to one another, and to the needs of the communities they are called to serveโas they discern who among them are best suited for leadership in the coming year.
We humbly ask for your prayers as they journey through these days. May they learn to listen well, pray sincerely, and respond faithfully to Godโs call.
Ad majorem Dei gloriam!

On this Easter Sunday, we rejoice in the victory of the empty tomb because He is risen! โ๏ธ
What once was sorrow has turned into hope, and what seemed like an end has become a new beginning. Today reminds us that His love is stronger than death, and His power brings new life to all who believe. ๐โจ

On this Black Saturday, we dwell in the quiet space between death and resurrectionโa day of waiting, stillness, and holding on in trust. โจ
As we remember Christ laid in the tomb, we are reminded that even in silence, God is working behind the scenes. โ๏ธ

On this Good Friday, we are reminded through Christโs death of His unending love and sacrifice for us. A love that never ends, never fails, and continues to save. ๐โจ
