- Controlling the process and creating daily production reports

Meeting the production targets regarding the quantity and quality of the ready products

- Making sure that soap and shampoo production is performed in a safely manner in accordance with the company standards.

Main Duties
• Ensure all the quality and safety standards in the related section of the processing area
• Assist with enforcing food safety program and procedures, GMP policy, and personnel hygiene policies.
• Responsible for online product quality inspections and proper storage.
• Report and assist with correcting any unsanitary conditions in food storage areas as well as employee work areas.
• Help develop, maintain, and update all records, manuals, training procedures, product spec books as pertain to food safety and quality assurance.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the processing area.
• Supervise the quality and hygienic matters when the products are loaded to the container for transportation.
• If nonconformity matters are found in the process line, notice the related sections to take corrective actions.
• Report to the related HOD immediately when there are any errors concern with the related process accidents matters.
• Make recommendations on how to prevent the nonconformity matters.
• Report daily/weekly/monthly to the related HOD.s
• Perform and report other duties assigned by the related HOD or management if required.
Education And Other Requirements
• A University degree in food-related discipline (IC, Chemical Engineering, etc.)
• Must have basic food safety knowledge including but not the least GMP and HACCP.
• Age between (20~30) years.
• Must be competence Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point).
• Prefer 1~2 years’ experience in the related field.
