My daughter was at a school where they had no alternative communication tools. She was unable to verbalise what upset her or what was wrong. Therefore she reverted to actions of screaming, kicking, hitting etc. She was labelled as being naughty and I was advised to put her on medication. As a trained educational professional I new what was wrong so I took her to another school that embraced her and supported her via alternative communication and the results was a happy child. In short parents do visit the classes and speak to your teachers to ensure your child get what they need to grow and be happy. If you have any questions feel free to ask Hayah for guidance. We are here to serve.
