We as Parents, will not always be around to protect our babies. It is vital that we prepare them for the realities of life. There will always be someone or something coming to steal your peace, but only if you allow that of course! It is our duty to equip our Children with the necessary tools and knowledge to deal with such things.

Strong kids aren’t protected from hardship.
They’re trained through it.
One day, the storm won’t scare them—
because you taught them how to stand in it.
Are we raising kids to be safe… or to be strong?

To be a good man you must be skilled in extreme violence but also maintain the ability to keep this monster inside and only let him out when you have to. Your loved ones, in times of danger need a strong protector that is capable of doing what is necessary and then reverting back to the gentle, loving man that they also need. Emotional control is a valuable and essential skill to cultivate!

A monster with restraint is wiser than a coward with manners.
True strength is knowing what you’re capable of—and choosing restraint.

Ladies, even here in Gosport this is real and these defence systems have been set up in every bar and club. Talk to the staff and find out what the local codes are. I am pretty sure that Angel shot is a global code word but best to be sure beforehand.

I teach Police, Military, Adults, and Children but the most rewarding group is teaching Women. So many Female students have come to me broken, downtrodden and in despair but within a few sessions with me they have completely flipped the script and become absolute warriors! The sense of empowerment and achievement is priceless and a beautiful thing to behold!

I am forever grateful that I am fully fit and able bodied to exercise to extreme levels anytime I wish! True wealth!

IF YOU CANT TAKE THE HEAT, DON’T CARRY A KNIFE ON THE STREET - we like to offer a 5 star service to our customers but unfortunately today we had a complaint about the temperature in the caged section of the van on the way to custody. I know an estate agent would probably say it was ‘well appointed’ and ‘full of potential’ but apparently the air conditioning wasn’t adequate!!

To be fair it was 19c outside and for obvious reasons the cage doesn’t come with windows but we couldn’t help but think that if they weren’t carrying a knife on the street, well you know the rest.

Bottom line is ‘knives cost lives’ and if we find you with one (exemptions apply) you are going to Custody.

There is an amnesty bin at Fareham police station if you have some at home you need to get rid of. 👍🏼

Training as if you were in a real life or death situation is essential! If you pull your punches or get lazy in training then that is how you will perform in the real event!

Hard work, sacrifice, and being comfortable with being uncomfortable is the only way! The benefits and rewards are well worth every ounce of pain!
