As someone who failed the NCLEX, I understand the silence and disappointment that follow. Many repeat test-takers begin to believe they are not capable. But one exam result does not define your ability to become a nurse.

If you always narrow it down to two answers and still pick wrong… that’s a process pattern, not a content failure.

You need a repeatable system: reword the question → safety/ABCs → acute vs chronic → unstable vs stable → choose the safest action.

What’s on my mind:
Content is what you know. Process is how you use it.
If you keep missing questions you “knew,” it’s probably not a memory issue—it’s a strategy issue.
