Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mr. Sohail Afridi, visited Dhq Teaching Hospital Timergara to inquire after police personnel injured in the recent terrorist attack. During the visit, Principal/Chief Executive Medical Superintendent, Prof Dr. Abrar Lakhkar Khan briefed him on the medical care & special arrangements made for the injured.

The Chief Minister met the injured personnel, wished them a speedy recovery, & appreciated the dedication of the hospital's doctors, nurses, paramedics, & administration. He directed that every possible medical facility be provided to ensure the best possible care for the injured officers.

Dhq Teaching Hospital Timergara conducted the opening of tenders for various categories today through the e-PAD system under the chairmanship of Principal/Chief Executive TMC Prof. Dr Abrar Lakhkar Khan.

The process was carried out in accordance with KPPRA regulations, ensuring transparency & merit. Procurement Committee members, authorized bidders, & media representatives attended the session. Technical & financial evaluations of the received bids have been initiated in line with the prescribed procedures.

Additional Deputy Commissioner Lower Dir, Wajid Ali Khan, Principal/Chief Executive TMC, Dhq Teaching Hospital Timergara Prof Dr Abrar Lakhkar khan & Dho Dir Lower, Dr Niaz Afridi, conducted a detailed visit to DHQ Hospital Dir Lower.
During the visit, a comprehensive review & planning session was held regarding the establishment of an Eye Ward & the identification of a suitable location for the EPI Store. Various options were assessed to enhance healthcare.
