One year down, a lifetime of impact to go! Congrats Cohort 8!!

Thank you to the Riverside Unified School District for putting on a great event for the community to promote mental health resources. Our booth provided worksheets for breathing exercises, gratitude/mindfulness, goal setting, and some motivating coloring sheets for the kids to take home!

Thank you to CBU Social Work and Eleanor Roosevelt High School for inviting us to come and present to your athletes at the Stampede for Strength Summit! We had so much fun sharing what we do in sport and performance psychology!

Last session today with Arlington High School’s boys basketball team. Today’s session highlighted pressure. How do you handle dealing with pressure in intense moments and overcoming it to reach your highest potential. Looking forward to working with them again this Fall!
