Hello Mariposas!🚨🦋
MMP is having a dare fundraiser, where anyone can participate to see someone on our executive board complete the dares listed! The fundraiser will begin on April 19th and end on May 10th at 8:00 pm. Each dare will be completed after every $30 we earn and will be displayed via our Instagram story 👀🎯. Our goal is $300 and part of the proceeds will go towards our “Vuela” scholarship! Applicants must be active MMP members who have paid their dues in order to apply for the scholarship💰.

Voting will take place via Mason360, where each candidate can be found along with a short video regarding the position they are running for. We ask that you please take the time to watch each video on why each candidate wants to run for these respected positions. Join us at our annual Shades of Brown event with Latinas Promoviendo Comunidad/Lambda Pi Chi Sorority, Incorporated on April 21st @ 6 pm to 7:30 pm via ZOOM ✨.
Shades of brown is an event where we showcase members of the community and their talents in poetry, spoken word, dancing, musical performances, and more as part of Hispanic Heritage month 💃🏻🕺🏻!
All are welcomed to register to perform 🎭. If you are interested in performing there is a link in our bio 👀.

Mariposas🦋 join us next Wednesday for our second GBM as we wrap up Women’s History Month highlighting Latina Women in the Arts! 🎨🎤
We will also be playing a game of jeopardy at the end, mentees versus mentors, so make sure to stick around!

Calling all Mariposas, it’s that time again! All mentor, mentee and intern applications are now open until Saturday the 20th at 11:59pm! Be sure to submit your application on time as late submissions will not be considered. Please make sure to review the eligibility slide prior to filling out the application as well. We cannot wait for you all to see the reveal we have planned for you so be sure to get those applications in!

MMP is having a Galentine’s Day Raffle that will run from today until Sunday February 14th at NOON. This is the perfect opportunity to try to win your best friend or significant other a gift!💖🍫
The basket will include an eyeshadow palette, eyeliner, mini waffle maker, chocolates, face masks and more!! The basket is currently valued at over $80
