The stage is set once again for excellence, brilliance, and the celebration of young minds.

Ibom Spelling Bee returns for its fourth season, a platform dedicated to building confidence, promoting literacy, and raising the next generation of articulate leaders in Akwa Ibom.

🗓 Date: Saturday, 7th June 2025
📍 Venue: Full Life International School, 2 Lanes, Uyo
🎙 Red Carpet: 8:30am | Competition: 9:30am
🎟 Gate Fee: N1,000 (public audience)

This season carries more than just words, it carries stories of consistency, sacrifice, and the unwavering belief in the potentials of Akwa Ibom children.

This year’s competition will have two major stages:

1️⃣ Written Round
📖 Word Search
📝 Word Scramble
🔤 Matching words to their meanings
📊 Spellers must score 80% and above to qualify for the next stage!

2️⃣ Oral Round & Grand Finale
🎤 Finalists from the written exam will proceed to the oral stage.
🏆 The Grand Finale will take place in Uyo, where the ultimate IBOM SPELLING BEE CHAMPION for 2025 will emerge!

Are you passionate about education, event planning, or media?

Would you love to be part of a team shaping the future of young minds?

The Ibom Spelling Bee is looking for dedicated volunteers to join our workforce!

This is a serious commitment, and volunteers will be given weekly tasks to ensure smooth operations.

A stipend will be provided at the end of the project in appreciation of your time and effort.

Available Units:

Pronouncers – Must have strong diction and a good command of English. Will be trained for proper pronunciation.

Service Providers – Ushers, logistics managers, registrars, and data analysts.

Social & Media Personnel – Canva designers, photographers, videographers, media hosts, and content creators.
