✨ A New Chapter, A Fond Farewell ✨

It is with a heavy heart that I announce the closing of The Sewing Shed. After two wonderful years of creating, stitching, and making beautiful memories, I’m moving to Pretoria to start a new job and a new chapter in my life.

Saying goodbye to my little wooden house in the backyard, where so much creativity has blossomed, is not easy. From custom pieces to helping clients bring their visions to life, it has been an incredibly fulfilling journey.

To all of you who have supported me and trusted me with your sewing projects — thank you. Your support has meant more than words can express, and I will always cherish the relationships and memories I’ve made through my work.

Although I am closing the doors of The Sewing Shed, I will always have a deep love for sewing and will remain passionate about helping others with their sewing inquiries. If you ever need guidance or advice, don’t hesitate to reach out.

Thank you all for making this little business so special. I’m excited for what the future holds, but I will always carry my love for sewing with me.

I will be closing for the year on December 18th, so if you have any clothing alterations or repairs, please bring them in by December 10th to ensure they are completed before I close for the holidays.
