We currently have a full time job opening for windsurf instructor.

We are looking for someone with experience as windsurf instructor. Someone who wants to give lessons, helps to set up costumers with the right gear and is happy to share it’s knowledge!

English speaking is a must. Any additional languages are a bonus.

In a week you’ll work 5 days and have 2 days off. Every day you’ll get the opportunity to go on the water for a nice session, improve your skills.

And the most important thing, have a lot of fun!

-Windsurf Instructor

To work with us as an instructor you should hold an RYA intermediate windsurf instructor qualification or higher, and be confident teaching both private and group lessons. We aim to provide a high level experience for our guests, helping them chose their kit and offering advice so they have the best time on the water.

We are also looking for someone with windsurf experience and great customer service, who is professional, friendly and organised to help run the shop. This involves helping customers book rental packages, taking payments and arranging lessons.

You must be English speaking, additional languages are a bonus for example Dutch, French, German. Both roles are full time. 5 days work with 2 days off a week. So plenty of time to enjoy windsurfing in Lac Bay or to explore the rest of the Island.

Step 1: Take a intro lesson! Starting on the beach we explain and show you everything you need to know for your first time on a windsurf board.

Our instructor will then follow you closely in the water for you first time cruising on the waters of Lac Bay.
