After graduating from RIT Kosovo, she built a successful career across public institutions, international organizations, and the private sector, specializing in international trade, sustainability, ESG, and private-sector development.

Sytrime’s path reflects leadership, expertise, and a commitment to public impact. Throughout her career, she has led policy reforms, contributed to high-level negotiations, and advanced initiatives that support sustainable economic growth across Kosovo and the Western Balkans. Today, she continues to drive change through her work while mentoring young women in STEM and empowering rural women entrepreneurs.

She credits RIT Kosovo for strengthening her analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills, providing the foundation for a career dedicated to creating meaningful and lasting impact.
