FCTT – Transformimi i Kulturës së Tifozërisë ⚽

Sportistët e rinj, tifozët, referët dhe trajnerët ndanë pikëpamjet dhe përvojat e tyre mbi kulturën e tifozërisë, respektin, lojën e ndershme dhe vlerat pozitive në sport gjatë një fokus grupi kombëtar të organizuar në kuadër të projektit Erasmus+ Sport FCTT.
Duke sjellë së bashku perspektivat e sportistëve, tifozëve, referëve dhe trajnerëve, diskutimi ndihmoi në identifikimin e sfidave dhe mundësive për promovimin e një kulture sportive më pozitive. Zërat dhe përvojat e tyre do të kontribuojnë në hartimin e mjeteve dhe rekomandimeve të ardhshme për krijimin e mjediseve sportive më të sigurta, më respektuese, më të drejta dhe më gjithëpërfshirëse në mbarë Evropën dhe Ballkanin Perëndimor.

⚽💙 On International Youth Day, we celebrate the role of young people in building a more respectful and inclusive sports culture.

Through the FCTT programme, we promote fair play, respect, and positive fan culture, encouraging young people to be part of the change, both on and off the field. 🤝

The FCTT national focus groups have now been successfully completed across Greece, Cyprus, Albania and Kosovo.

Over the past months, athletes, coaches, referees, supporters and representatives of grassroots sport organisations came together to share their experiences, challenges and ideas for promoting a more respectful and inclusive fan culture.

The project is now entering the analysis phase, with each partner reviewing the national findings and preparing its report. These insights will contribute to the development of the FCTT Toolkit and the Fan Code of Conduct, providing practical resources to support clubs, fans and local communities in fostering positive behaviour in sport.

Every discussion has brought us one step closer to creating safer, fairer and more inclusive sporting environments.

Together, we are turning insights into action.

FCTT - Transformimi i Kulturës së Tifozërisë: Publikohet Buletini i Parë Informues

Po ndajmë me ju buletinin e parë informues të projektit FCTT – Transformimi i Kulturës së Tifozërisë, një iniciativë e programit Erasmus+ Sport e dedikuar promovimit të respektit, gjithëpërfshirjes, lojës së ndershme dhe vlerave pozitive në sport në mbarë Evropën dhe Ballkanin Perëndimor.
Buletini ofron më shumë informacione rreth lansimit të suksesshëm të projektit dhe takimit inaugurues të mbajtur në Athinë, ku partnerët nga Greqia, Qipro, Shqipëria dhe Kosova u mblodhën për të harmonizuar objektivat, përcaktuar përgjegjësitë dhe planifikuar hapat e ardhshëm drejt krijimit të një kulture tifozërie më pozitive.
Së bashku, po punojmë për të adresuar dhunën e tifozëve dhe për të forcuar vlerat e respektit të ndërsjellë brenda dhe jashtë ambienteve sportive.

FCTT – Transforming Fan Culture: First Newsletter Released.

We are excited to share the first newsletter of the FCTT – Transforming Fan Culture project, an Erasmus+ Sport initiative dedicated to promoting respect, inclusion, fair play, and positive values in sport across Europe and the Western Balkans. The newsletter shares more information on the successful launch of the project and the kick-off meeting held in Athens, where partners from Greece, Cyprus, Albania, and Kosovo came together to align objectives, define responsibilities, and plan the next steps towards creating a more positive and respectful fan culture.
Together, we are working to address fan violence and strengthen values of mutual respect both inside and outside sports venues.

Every Voice Shapes the Future
Every meaningful change begins by listening.

Over the past weeks, the FCTT partners have brought together athletes, coaches, referees, supporters and key stakeholders through a series of national focus groups across Greece, Cyprus, Albania and Kosovo.

These open and constructive discussions provided valuable insights into today's fan culture, highlighting both the challenges and the opportunities for creating safer, more inclusive and more respectful sporting environments.

🙏 We would like to sincerely thank everyone who took part in this process. Your experiences, ideas and commitment are helping shape the future of grassroots sport.

Recently, the FCTT partners came together online for our monthly Steering Committee meeting! 🙌

It was a great opportunity for all partner organisations to reconnect, share updates on the project's progress, discuss implementation at national level, and coordinate the next steps ahead.

This month, the conversation focused especially on the progress of the focus groups currently taking place in each partner country, as well as the exciting transition towards WP3 and the development of the educational materials that will become part of the Fan Culture Transformation Toolkit.
