UPISC has always been made possible through the help and continuous support of people like the Director of Youth Department in the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, Mr. Xhevat Bajrami.

This edition does not make an exception. Again MoCYS stands for the values UPISC brings in society, especially in developing young students academic career.

We are working closesly with our former and future partners to organize the next outstanding event.
