Para dy vitesh, prindërit e mi dëshironin që të mësoja gjuhën shqipe, gjuhën tonë amtare, dhe kështu fillova të ndjek kursin online të gjuhës shqipe në Klubin R4G Tutoring. Fillimisht, ndihesha e pasigurt dhe e kisha të vështirë të komunikoj me familjen time në Kosovë. Por tani, pas vitit të dytë në këtë kurs, ndihem shumë e sigurt dhe e lumtur që mund të flas, lexoj dhe kuptoj shqip me lehtësi.

Falë mësuesve të mrekullueshëm dhe metodave të tyre të përshtatura, kam arritur të përmirësoj ndjeshëm aftësitë e mia në gjuhën shqipe. Tani, çdo herë që vizitoj familjen time në Kosovë, ndihem më e afërt me ta. Mund të bisedoj me gjyshërit e mi, të ndaj mendime dhe të qesh me ta, gjë që më bën të ndjehem shumë krenare.

Ky kurs më ka ndryshuar jetën dhe më ka afruar më shumë me rrënjët e mia. Jam shumë mirënjohëse për Klubin R4G Tutoring që më ka dhënë këtë mundësi dhe do t'i rekomandoja me gjithë zemër të gjithë atyre që duan të mësojnë shqip.

**Position:** Online Maths Tutor (Summer Boosting Courses)
**Location:** Remote

**About Us:**
R4G Tutoring Club provides personalized, high-quality tutoring services, empowering students to excel academically. We specialize in tailored programs that align with school curriculums and standards.

**Role Overview:**
We seek an experienced Online Maths Tutor to provide middle school students with engaging and effective math instruction aligned with Common Core standards. This summer role focuses on boosting students' math skills for the upcoming school year.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct online tutoring sessions for middle school students.
- Develop and deliver lessons aligned with Common Core standards.
- Assess and tailor instruction to students' needs.
- Provide feedback and support for student improvement.
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Communicate with parents/guardians about progress.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or related field.
- Experience tutoring or teaching middle school math (American curriculum).
- Understanding of Common Core standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with online tutoring platforms and technology.

**Preferred:**
- Teaching certification in mathematics or related field.
- Online tutoring experience.
