🚀From Kosova to the Teknofest 2026 Grand Final!🇽🇰

We are proud to announce that students of International Maarif Schools Of Kosova, Ruvejda Ajeti and Kushtrim Kajoshi, have secured a place in the TEKNOFEST 2026 Grand Final in the “Health and Well-Being Technologies” category, as members of a finalist team led by Engineering HER Future and supported by the Yunus Emre Enstitüsü - Prishtinë, under the mentorship of Erblina Bunjaku.

As part of the team, Ruvejda Ajeti serves as the Technical Lead, while Kushtrim Kajoshi contributes in Prototype & Testing. This achievement marks a proud moment for our students, our school, and Kosova, as IMSK students are part of one of only two teams from Kosova to reach the TEKNOFEST final. 🇽🇰

The TEKNOFEST 2026 Grand Final will take place from September 30 to October 4, 2026, at GAP Airport in Şanlıurfa, Türkiye, bringing together young innovators from different countries to showcase their pioneering technological projects.

This year, TEKNOFEST features 52 competitions across 127 subcategories, covering fields such as rocketry, agricultural technologies, unmanned aerial vehicles, AI in healthcare, air defense systems, and satellite technologies. New categories this year include electronic warfare, advanced autonomous systems, mining technologies, FPV drone tracking, and technologies for humanity.

The participation of Ruvejda Ajeti and Kushtrim Kajoshi in the TEKNOFEST 2026 Grand Final once again demonstrates the commitment of International Maarif Schools of Kosova to innovation, technology, STEM, and creative solutions for the challenges of the future.

Presenting the schools behind our TEKNOFEST 2026 finalists 🚀🇽🇰

We are proud to highlight International Maarif Schools of Kosova (IMSK), represented in our finalist team by Ruvejda Ajeti and Kushtrim Kajoshi.

As part of CanCard, competing in the Health and Well-Being Technologies category, Ruvejda contributes as Technical Lead, while Kushtrim contributes in Prototype & Testing.

This year, EngineeringHER Future is proud to have mentored and prepared two finalist teams from Kosovo for TEKNOFEST 2026, a historic achievement for our organization and for youth innovation in Kosovo.

Through this series, we will be presenting the incredible schools and institutions whose students are representing Kosovo on one of the biggest international stages for technology, innovation, and youth-led engineering.

🌍 A Journey of Learning, Culture & Leadership! 🇹🇷

We are proud to share that our student Teoman Gorica participated in the Muslim International Youth Meeting (MIYM) 2026, held in Türkiye from 24 July to 10 August and organized by the Türkiye Maarif Vakfı.

As part of the program, our student also had the opportunity to attend a special session featuring Mr. N. Bilal Erdoğan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the İlim Yayma Foundation and one of the plenary speakers of MIYM 2026.

Bringing together young people from different countries, MIYM 2026 provided a meaningful platform for participants to share experiences, discover different cultures, and strengthen the spirit of solidarity, friendship and cooperation among young generations. Throughout the program, Teoman took part in academic seminars, workshops, mentoring sessions, spiritual development activities, teamwork and cultural experiences, gaining valuable insights while connecting with young people from around the world.

The program offered participants opportunities to explore faith, society, critical thinking, contemporary challenges and personal responsibility, while also encouraging creativity through traditional art workshops such as Ebru, calligraphy, miniature and collage.

Teoman also had the opportunity to discover Türkiye’s rich cultural and historical heritage through visits to iconic landmarks such as Hagia Sophia, Topkapı Palace, the Grand Bazaar, and Süleymaniye Mosque. His journey continued with a memorable Bosphorus cruise, enriching cultural experiences across Istanbul, and a special program in Konya.

We are proud of Teoman Gorica for representing our school on this international platform and wish him continued success on his journey of learning, leadership and personal growth! ✨🌍

🌍 Our IMSK Students at the Summer Camp Istanbul! 🇹🇷

With the support of the Turkish Maarif Foundation, our students Enes Ukperaj, Krenar Ukperaj, Sena Spahi, and Tuana Tahiraga from the Prishtina and Prizren branches successfully participated in the Summer Camp Istanbul, held in Istanbul from 20–31 July 2026.

Throughout the camp, they took part in a rich program that combined leadership, education, culture, sports, and personal development. From the very first day, they built friendships through team-building activities and participated in engaging workshops on photography, perfume making with essential oils, candle making, cooking, and painting.

The students attended inspiring sessions within the Leadership Academy, featuring distinguished speakers including Mr. Fatih Nida Üye, leadership trainer; Prof. Dr. Mehmet Asutay, Professor of Islamic Finance and Political Economy at Durham University; and Mrs. Rümeysa Kadak, former Member of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye (TBMM). They also participated in seminars on economics, media, artificial intelligence, and theology, and had the opportunity to meet Dr. Mehmet Güllüoğlu, former President of AFAD, and Alper Gezeravcı, Türkiye's first astronaut.

The cultural program offered unforgettable memories through visits to Bozdağ Film Studio, the Glass Museum, Eyüp Sultan Mosque, Sultanahmet, the Grand Bazaar, the Princes' Islands, and the historic city of Bursa, where students explored landmarks such as the Tomb of Osman Gazi, the Green Mosque, and the Grand Mosque (Ulu Cami). Also, adventure and sports were an essential part of the experience, with activities including archery, obstacle course games, rowing, basketball, football, cooking and evening social events.🚣‍♀️

This unforgettable experience empowered our students to strengthen their leadership skills, broaden their perspectives, build lifelong friendships, and discover the rich cultural heritage of Türkiye.🎉
