Sot gjatë ditës, Ministria e Arsimit dhe Shkencës ka ndarë një qarkore me të gjitha Drejtoritë Komunale të Arsimit përmes së cilës u ka kërkuar atyre dhe shkollave fillore dhe të mesme të ulët që të organizojnë dhe lehtësojnë shpërndarjen, plotësimin dhe grumbullimin e Deklaratës së prindit/kujdestarit ligjor për nxënësit e klasave 1-9, përfitues të subvencionimit të teksteve dhe materialeve shkollore për vitin 2026-2027.
Përmes kësaj deklarate, prindi/kujdestari ligjor deklaron se:
- Mjetet e subvencionimit janë përdorur për blerjen e teksteve shkollore;
- Tekstet shkollore janë siguruar dhe nxënësi/ja i ka në dispozicion;
- Është i vetëdijshëm për mundësinë e verifikimit nga institucionet kompetente për përdorimin e mjeteve dhe sigurimit të teksteve;
- Zotohet se tekstet shkollore të destinuara për ripërdorim do t’i kthehen shkollës në përfundim të vitit shkollor në gjendje të përshtatshme.
Shkollat do t’ua shpërndajnë deklaratat nxënësve përfitues, ndërsa pas plotësimit dhe nënshkrimit nga prindërit/kujdestarët ligjorë, ato do të grumbullohen dhe evidentohen nga shkollat. Procesi i plotësimit, grumbullimit dhe dorëzimit të deklaratave duhet të përfundojë deri më 1 tetor 2026.
Ministria e Arsimit dhe Shkencës falënderon DKA-të, shkollat dhe prindërit/kujdestarët ligjorë për bashkëpunimin në zbatimin me kohë të këtij procesi.

Danas tokom dana, Ministarstvo obrazovanja i nauke podelilo je cirkularno pismo svim opštinskim direktorijatima za obrazovanje putem kojeg je od njih i osnovnih i nižih srednjih škola zatraženo da organizuju i olakšaju raspodelu, popunjavanje i prikupljanje Izjave roditelja/zakonskog staratelja za učenike od 1. do 9. razreda, korisnike subvencija za udžbenike i školski materijal za školsku 2026/2027. godinu.
Putem ove izjave, roditelj/zakonski staratelj izjavljuje da:
Sredstva subvencije iskorišćena za kupovinu udžbenika;
Su udžbenici obezbeđeni i da su učeniku/ci na raspolaganju;
Je svestan mogućnosti verifikacije od strane nadležnih institucija u vezi sa korišćenjem sredstava i obezbeđivanjem udžbenika;
Se obavezuje da će udžbenici namenjeni za ponovnu upotrebu biti vraćeni školi na kraju školske godine u odgovarajućem stanju.
Škole će podeliti izjave učenicima korisnicima, a nakon popunjavanja i potpisivanja od strane roditelja/zakonskih staratelja, škole će ih prikupiti i evidentirati. Proces popunjavanja, prikupljanja i dostavljanja izjava mora se završiti do 1. oktobra 2026. godine.
Ministarstvo obrazovanja i nauke zahvaljuje opštinskim direkcijama za obrazovanje, školama i roditeljima/zakonskim starateljima na saradnji u pravovremenom sprovođenju ovog procesa.

Today, the Ministry of Education and Science distributed a circular to all Municipal Directorates of Education, requesting them and primary and lower secondary schools to organize and facilitate the distribution, completion, and collection of the Parent/Legal Guardian Declaration for students in grades 1–9, beneficiaries of the subsidy for textbooks and school materials for the academic year 2026–2027.
Through this declaration, the parent/legal guardian declares that:
The subsidy funds have been used for the purchase of textbooks;
The textbooks have been secured and the student has them available;
They are aware of the possibility of verification by competent institutions regarding the use of funds and the provision of textbooks;
They commit to returning the textbooks designated for reuse to the school at the end of the school year in appropriate condition.
Schools will distribute the declarations to beneficiary students, and after being completed and signed by parents/legal guardians, they will be collected and recorded by the schools. The process of completion, collection, and submission of the declarations must be finalized by 1 October 2026.
The Ministry of Education and Science thanks the Municipal Directorates of Education, schools, and parents/legal guardians for their cooperation in the timely implementation of this process.
