Your child brought home a school newsletter last week. Below is a reminder of the important upcoming events for the remainder of our 2025 school year. Please take note of the following dates and details:

Monday 03/11/2025 – Friday 07/11/2025
Year 8 SNAPE Exams.
All classes from Preschool to Year 7 will have a break during this week. Some teachers have been assigned to supervise the Year 8 exams.

Monday 10/11/2025 – Friday 14/11/2025
End-of-Year School Exams
Final exams for all classes from Preschool to Year 8 will take place during this week.
Please note: Students will not be allowed to sit their exams if school fees for the year are not fully paid. We kindly ask all parents to ensure all fees are settled before this time.

Thursday 20/11/2025
SIVA DAY – School Fundraiser
Our annual fundraising event for all classes from Preschool to Year 8.

Wednesday 26/11/2025
School Board Meeting
This is the final board meeting of the year, together with the School Administration, to review school fee payments, school expenses, and other matters for the last quarter.

Friday 28/11/2025
School Christmas Carol
A special day where each class will perform their Christmas items in celebration of the upcoming Christmas season.

Our end-of-year Thanksgiving Mass. We kindly invite all parents and families to join us in giving thanks to God for His endless blessings throughout the year.

School Prize-Giving Day
This is our annual Prize-Giving Ceremony, where students will receive their awards and officially conclude the school year. Students will finish school after this event.

Friday 05/12/2025
Last Day for School Staff
This will be the final working day for teachers, used to complete all remaining work for Term 4, organize records, finalize reports, and prepare materials for the next school year.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

The closure of our school will continue next week, from Monday, 04/08/2025 to Friday, 08/08 2025, due to the increasing number of people affected by Dengue Fever, especially among our children.

Therefore, we kindly ask you parents and guardians, to please come to the school on Monday, 04/08/2025, to return the schoolwork that was given out on 31/07/2025 and 01/08/2025, and at the same time pick up new schoolwork for your children to complete at home. The schedule for schoolwork distribution is as follows:

We kindly ask all parents to strictly follow these times. While students are allowed to receive help with understanding questions or instructions, you are not permitted to do the work for them or let them copy answers without thinking it through themselves. Let us encourage our children to use their own minds.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE : students are not allowed to come onto school grounds, especially to deliver or collect schoolwork. Only parents or guardians should handle this. Let’s work together to lighten the load and ensure safety for all.
