Sunday and those who attended the USPLSA Met Gala Ball are having a well deserved rest after a successful night out and after cheering Fiji on to victory against Georgia.

Congratulations to the Chairperson and to the executives of the USP Law Students Association for your hard work over the past few months in resurrecting the USPLSA, organising the moot completion and finally the Met Gala.

You all deserve an award for the results of the past few months.

With your moot competition, the discipline of law will now have a cadre of mooters that we hope to see increase, every year. We also hope too see the standard and quality of submissions improve.

Thank you for all that you have done.

We had a very good turnout at yesterday’s USP OPEN DAY.

The weather held and whilst the other schools had cool displays and entertainment, SoLaSS and the Discipline of Law relied on the advocacy skills of our student volunteers to market our law degree.

It was a successful day for us and we are so very thankful to our student volunteers for setting up our booth on Thursday night, for being with us the whole of Friday and for cleaning up afterwards.

The Discipline of Law Thanks you and we hope you enjoy the USPLSA’s Met Gala Night.
