HOW TO MAKE YOUR CABIN CREW VIDEO INTERVIEW STAND OUT
Nowadays, most major airlines have started using one element as a primary step in their application process: a video interview.
It usually comes after you’ve submitted your resume, or perhaps after completing a situation-based assessment. And this ultra-important step is what will determine whether you receive the golden ticket to an in-person, face-to-face interview – which is typically the last major move before getting that cabin crew job offer.
MAKE SURE YOU’RE IN A QUIET SETTING WITH GOOD LIGHTING.
DO YOUR RESEARCH.
PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE.
BE CONCISE
USE THE S.T.A.R. ACRONYM
In other words, describe the SITUATION, explain the TASK at hand, talk about the ACTION you performed, and say what the RESULT was. (S. T. A. R)
DRESS THE PART!
LOOK DIRECTLY INTO THE CAMERA.

HAVE FUN!
