The American Circus Arts Program

Ok, we have been busy getting things organized and it takes some patience. But soon we will be up and running and our classes will be in session! Meeting tomorrow with our new assistant! :)

Looking for a graphic designer to make a logo for us! ACAP is in need of flyers, business cards, a banner and other promotional items! Let us know if you have anyone who is interested :) Thanks!

Right now we are just creating a student base so that we can open our classes. Hopefully we can start the first class next Saturday! We will also get a logo up as soon as we can.

Hi, everyone! Sorry about the confusion with the other page entitled "Vung Tau Circus Club". We have since deleted that page and changed the name of the group to The American Circus Arts Program (ACAP Vung Tau). I appreciate your patience and support as this program continues to grow!

Thanks to everyone for your support! I am just starting out this project and it seems to be successful so far!

Once we have enough students interested in joining the weekly workshops, I will announce the details of location and times.

As of now, the first month of workshops will take place at Front Beach Park, Vung Tau on Saturdays from 2-4 pm.

After the first month, we will move to Singapore International School in Vung Tau and the schedule may change.

We will continue to do at least once a month at Front Beach Park to get newcomers involved.

ACAP partnered with UA School in Vung Tau to do circus arts workshops in the park. We incorporated English lessons and games and activities into the workshops.

ACAP developed a 3-week course that was incorporated into the Social Studies curriculum at SIS. Classes included juggling, hula hooping, character development, History of Circus and World Circus Culture.
