English Language Fellow in Vietnam

m, or the U.S. The English as a Foreign Language Fellows (ELF) Program is part of the Brunei-US English Language Enrichment Project for ASEAN, a collaborative effort between Brunei and the United States, administered by the Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) and the East-West Center (EWC). The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MoFAT) of the Government of Brunei funds the program. Through the support of both MoFAT and the U.S. Department of State (DOS), the program has received much appreciated guidance and assistance from the diplomatic missions of the U.S. This cooperation is particularly important for the placement and support of long-term English language professionals in the region. For 2013-2014, the countries designated to receive Brunei-U.S. English as a Foreign Language Fellows are Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam.
