Job Descriptions:
1. Bim Modeler
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
- Create, update and revise BIM Models and drawings throughout the project life cycle;
- Create and modify BIM models and drawings based on laser scanner point clouds and other inputs;
- Create BIM deliverables for construction, documentation and fabrication;
- Ensure integrity and quality of BIM models, drawings and families;
- Develop internal modelling standards and guidelines for work planning;
- Coordination of modelling, deliverables and modifications with overseas colleagues;
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in infrastructure projects like tunnels, bridges, train tracks and stations.
- Good knowledge of English. Additional languages (Italian, French, German, Spanish, …) are welcome.
- Proven experience working with BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks and others.
- Experience with working in Collaborative BIM platforms such as ACC is appreciated.
- Knowledge of BIM Automation tools, plug-in such as Dynamo, Revit API, Diroots and others is an advantage.
- Knowledge of 3D rendering software such as 3DSmax or similar or 4D BIM scheduling such as Fuzor is an
advantage.
- Work experience for international companies for infrastructure is an advantage.
- Must have exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities

2. Technical Reporting Engineer
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
• Plan and manage own time to ensure delivery of all reports in the required timeframe
• Collate and verify all the supporting documentation and raw electronic data
• Maintained Load Testing (Pile Load Testing) by using in-house Excel macro-enabled reporting template to assess
raw data and compile report
• Thermal Integrity Profiling by using proprietary software to process data collected and make suitable adjustments
to thermal variations
• Compile processed data into final technical report and include relevant calibration certificates
• Send for verification or directly to client
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor of Engineer, Bachelor of Science, RQF level 5 or above
• 3 years of experience in working within a construction related environment
• Knowledge of geotechnical processes, foundations/piles testing
• Excellent numerical skills, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
• Highly competent in computer software, competent in VBA is a plus
• Understanding of quality requirements and must have exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work on own initiative

3. Database administrator
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
• Attractive salary and bonus with annual revision
• Ensuring seamless database operations across various environments ·
• Implementing and maintaining database maintenance tasks
• Ensuring performance and general database optimisations
• Providing support to database related support issues
• Helping with TSQL and MySQL Scripting
• Reviewing Data and data related requirements
• Engaging in strategic capacity and architecture planning
REQUIREMENTS
• 3-5 years of experience, Completion of a Microsoft or equivalent SQL Maintenance and Performance tuning course.
• Demonstratable experience of maintaining databases, Database design & development
• Knowledge of SQL Database maintenance, SQL Scripting, MS SQL or MySQL
• Proficiency in relational and non-relational databases
• Strong analytical ability to dissect complex processes
• Proven track record in SQL Server database performance tuning
• Experience working with development and support teams
