In the Yoga sutras, it means balance between effort & ease. In my opinion, this attitude is not only needed in Yoga classes, but also, how we live in everyday life, balance between work hard & rest, being responsible & play (hey! I'm learning all of this too!)

When designing my own Yoga class, I focus on how to create this effort & ease: a balance between movement & stillness (asanas & meditation), strength training & stretching, intensity vs rest.

At the end, I make sure you always feel a sense of calmness & release.

✨ Private classes are for you if:

- You wish to learn at your own pace, with a practice that are personalized to your spiritual, mental, physical, emotional needs

- You have problems (regarding physical, emotional, spiritual, mental aspects) and you would love to learn what are traditional Yogic techniques that could help you improve your situations

- You need flexibility, in terms of time and location, and you also travel a lot, but wish to maintain good practice with guidance

✨ FAQ: Can poses demonstration or adjustments be done properly in an online class?

- The answer is yes! I have experience teaching online and so far in my opinion: indeed, teaching online requires more time for those things to be explained and guided properly. But so far, it's not a problem as long as we keep the flow of clear communication!
