Which one is more important, nature or nurture? In this short video, we shared our opinions on this matter. We believe nature is good but nurture is far more important in building people up in order for them to make differences at their works and lives. Very few good managers and leaders are born, majority of great ones are products of making.
Giữa bẩm sinh và nuôi dưỡng, cái nào quan trọng hơn? Trong đoạn phim ngắn này, chúng tôi chia sẻ quan điểm cá nhân của mình về chủ đề này. Chúng tôi tin rằng bẩm sinh thì tốt nhưng nuôi dưỡng quan trọng hơn rất nhiều để phát triển con người để họ có thể làm gì đó tốt đẹp trong công việc và cho cuộc sống. Rất ít người quản lý và lãnh đạo giỏi được phát triển tự nhiên sau khi sinh ra trong khi rất nhiều là sản phẩm của quá trình tạo dựng và nuôi dưỡng.
