I'm Missing my favorite food! Is time to go to the kitchen, grab some Veggies, some spices, play with the shapes and colors, and enjoy being nurtured by oneself according to the own nature and its requirements.

And you, when was the last time you got your favourite food? What do you do when you catching yourself missing your favourite food?

A very interesting thing about Food in the Ayurveda view is, Food is a medicine, and eat is a therapy, one should eat accordingly to what is appropriate and important to the own constitution and its relations to time, place, and daily activity.

Thanks to this consumerism of our social model based on the idea of "do more of what your like", Food become like many things except, what the Food is really made for.

But the most interesting for me about all this is, do we pay attention to the effects that a particular Food can have once eaten?

And I'm not talking about the nutrition values we can see very often in articles about Health and Nutrition.

Do you know how all you put your body is metabolized? Do you know how they affect your mind?

One of the things I started to take time to appreciate, was to see the day around me, passing by during Sunsets. Normally this is the Rush time, people come out of work, go pick up children’s, others start their working journey, go to the school.

If you try just an Observance during this time, you may experience get lots of inspirations on that day.
I realize that the Sunset colors has been creating great influences in the work of many designers, mainly those who are creating popular things.
Are you not paying attention to the number of widgets and templates with a blue-pink gradient?

Sunset gives us also good energy of quietness, is an important moment to introspect, to keep quiet, to pray, to worship, to meditate, to practice wherever spiritual practice one can do.
It's a good moment to think about get your last meal of the day, to start the journey to down the activities of the day and prepare the ending and relaxation.

So richtig faul sein, das fällt uns erstaunlich schwer. Mit ein bisschen Übung lässt sich das aber hinkriegen: rumhängen, bummeln, träumen - ganz ohne schlechtes Gewissen."
Wie schwer fällt dir entscheiden einfach nichts zu machen? Mir es war sehr schwierig, aber man kann es lernen, und das habe ich es gemacht und kann die es bei bringen.
