Hoi An Family Eco Cooking Tour Thank you for choosing ours to experience the authentic local food. 1. Banana flower and green mango salad with pork/chicken, ( banana flower, green mango, carrot, onion, mint leaves, lemon basil, roasted peanuts, dressing salad, rice cracker)

2. Crispy Vietnamese Pancake , (rice flour, crispy flour, turmeric flour shrimp, pork, quail egg, bean sprouts, mix herb, cucumber, mango,rice paper,sweet and sour fish sauce)
